How long will my order take to arrive?

Deliveries take place between 2-3 working days, depending on your location. International purchases take between 10-15 working days depending on customs clearances in your country. Once we dispatch, we cannot be held responsible for delays by the couriers, customs clearances in your country etc.

The delivery timelines vary per province – All orders are dispatched from our store.

What do I if I don’t receive my order?

Once you receive your tracking information and after you track it on the relevant courier website and it shows delivered but you have not received it, Please alert us We will then be able to address with the relevant courier company.

Free Delivery via Fastway, DSV, DHL to your Door.


This is a service completed throughout South Africa via Fastway and DSV. DHL us used for all International purchases. Details on tracking & timing will be included in your delivery notification e-mail.

Delivery Times

This timeline is only applicable once the products have left our store (processing of orders take 1-2 working days):

To South Africa: 2-3 Working Days
To Remote Areas: 5 – 7 Working Days

Collect from our Store:

We do not offer an option for you to collect your order. All our orders are dispatched from us via Courier.

When do you deliver?

The couriers only deliver on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 08h00 – 17h00.

Can you deliver after hours & on weekends?

Unfortunately not.

Can you deliver on public holidays?

Unfortunately not, our courier services do not operate on public holidays
